Pricing and Range of Services
Pricing depends on size and age of building and extent of other services provided. An additional charge for travel mileage only, no labour, will be charged for locations more than 50 km outside of Calgary.
Range of inspections:
• Commercial Building Inspection
• Home Inspection and Mold Checkup includes Moisture Infra Red Thermal Imaging (moist or missing insulation areas are cooler) and Moisture Meter Testing
• Mold Visual Inspection; Air Sampling (two samples) and Laboratory Testing, Interpretation, Report
• Home Inspection Only
• IAQ Investigation based on the CMHC Protocol
• Air spore sampling only (two samples) and Limited inspection of area of concern. Letter report.

Additional air or mold samples, as required $75.00 each
